Proactive Online Backup Support Launched

PerfectBackup have launched a free of charge proactive support package for all online backup clients.

Peter Meijer of PerfectBackup states “Proactive support means that a client or reseller of our backup services never needs to worry about backups again. If there is an issue we immediately log on to the server and resolve. We will then send an email to the client or reseller to let them know what we have done. As this service is monitored 24 x 7 nearly all of our proactive support will happen out of hours.

Proactive support has been on trial with 200 customers over the last 2 months and has been extremely successful and beneficial to end users. They now continue with their business matters and leave any backup support issues with us. A large proportion of the trial customers now feel so secure about our service they have requested not to receive daily emailed backup reports.”

An email has been recently sent to all PerfectBackup clients offering this free of charge service. If any further information is required please call your PerfectBackup account manager.
