£1,000,000 Data Restore Guarantee

After a rigorous inspection of the PerfectBackup (UK) server and storage infrastructures the insurance company who underwrites this guarantee have concluded that only a 1 in 20,000,000 chance catastrophic event will cause data loss from the PerfectBackup storage environment, as a result agreed insure all PerfectBackup client data to a maximum value of £1,000,000.

The insurance is limited to £1,000,000 only because of the encryption process used by PerfectBackup which makes the data unreadable to anybody other than the client so it is impossible to quantify the actual value of the data should data loss occur.

In short, PerfectBackup will pay compensation to any client who has successfully backed up data using the PerfectBackup software and are unable to restore or data has been lost due to negligence of PerfectBackup.
