You can start a remote control session by clicking the Help button, enabling us to take temporary control of your system and fix errors or warnings in your backup. You can always see what we are doing, and take control at any point, or end the remote session. Our Remote Support System supports all connections, from small to broadband, the mostly used browsers, and meets the highest safety standards throughout the support process. Safe passwords with SSL and 256-bit AES encryption protect systems and data from beginning to end.



How does it work?

    After you click the Help button, you will get a request to Run or Save the
      program. Select Run.

     
   After some time, you will receive the Teamviewer screen. Your ID and Password are required to setup the Remote Support Session.
